The second weekend of TF35 Autumn racing gets underway tomorrow with another brand-new venue on the circuit: the TF35 Crans Grand Prix.
Hosted by the vibrant Club Nautique de Crans, the TF35 fleet will take over the small Lake Geneva club for the weekend. The boats will be moored just offshore, while sailors and teams gather each day in the hospitality tent on the club’s lawn.
Across three days of racing, with up to five races scheduled per day, the compact fleet will have another chance to shake up the leaderboard. With only three points separating third to sixth place, every maneuver counts. Add in a forecast of super-light winds, and both the sailors and the race committee face a tricky challenge.
Racing begins tomorrow with the skippers’ briefing at 10:00, followed by the first warning signal at 11:30. Stay tuned for updates as the TF35 fleet takes on Crans for the very first time.
